Default Spark Plugs

NKG has a new iridium spark plug. Would like to know if it's worth the investment and if I should go that rout. My 02 gt is about to hit 100K and she is going in for her check up. All I have are bolt on mods. I just want to replace the old plugs with good ones. My mind is pretty much made up unless someone can convince me on why I shouldn't

Stock...keep with the stock plugs. Autolite or Motorcraft OE replacements are all you need. Anything else is a waste of money from a performance standpoint.

iridium is a waste for just bolt ons. Unless you are running FI, or nitrous....you do not need to use those. You will end up replacing them sooner than normal. IT will be inevitable i'm sure that one will foul eventually. Don't get me wrong, i'm sure they're good plugs, and you might gain a little bit of gas milage. But i don't see it being worth it for price and the fact they could go out on you. If you want a better plug than stock, just go with regualr ngk's you won't be disappointed.
