Default RE: engine install

I assume your talking about bolting the engine to the transmission?

It can be tricky sometimes to get them lined up with the tranny still being bolted up. The easiest way ive found is to lift the trans up so that the bellhousing is angled upward as much as possible. Tilt the engine to where the flywheel is tiltes slightly downward. The trick is to have the engine flush with the trans not sitting or twisted to one side.

It might take a few tries to get it all lined up, but as soon as you see that you have it close enough to get a bolt started then bolt that hole in. It gets easier from there, just work with it until you can get more bolts started. When you have a bolt on each side, just tighten them down a little at a time until all the bolts will fit.
