Been at the dragstrip all weekend racing my Stang! Saturday was an open bracket race as part of the East Coast Truckin' Nationals and I made it down to 10 cars left before I went red on the tree. Sunday was a make-up and final points race of the season. Made it to third round before I went red again! Dammit I hate it when I do that.[:@]
I did manage to put the same black Chevy II SS car on the trailer both days. This was a car dialing 9.87 to my 13.68 too. I put a .022 light on him to his very late .134 and lifted big time at the finish line slowing down 5 mph and still took the win by almost .2 secs with a 13.71. Then on Sunday he dialed a 9.84 to my 13.63 and he had a .015 lite to my slow .093 but he took too much win light, over .1 secs and broke out by .003 secs while I ran a 13.649 @ 96.90 mph to his 9.837 @ 135.65 mph. I just love it when I beat the Chevys!!!

Whoa, first of all, don't ever let this guy touch your car again. If he has the audacity to decide what you should or should not do to your car, then find a new wrench. You make the decisions for your car, not your mechanic.
Don't know what the deal is with "talkin to some other people" but they probably told him it was a waste of time or something, basically he was having doubts and his friends backed him up. Find some friends to help you out. I always ask friends for help when undertaking a big job, it makes it more fun and you know you can trust the person next to ya.
Where you located? big town small town? Maybe you can find someone on here to help you out, I mean don't just give up because some tool told you he didn't want to put a supercharger on your 6. Do it yourself with some friends and do a burnout in front of him.

Sooooooooo today I went to the guy thats going to work on my car and he laid the bad news out on me good. He said that sence my car is a V6 and we was going to put a V6 procharger on it and all. That hes has talk to some other people and we aren't going to do it. So there goes all those ideas. Now, I have two options I can rather do an engine swap or work on the outside of the car with my new bumpers and everything or wait for the engine deal. Which one do yall think would be the better path to take.
Thanks for advice,
Rachael

I was going to say bring that thing by and we'll bolt that blower on it for you. But Colvin is the one in Chicago. Not Mustangchick. So nevermind.
