Default Suspension info request.

I just dont know enough about suspensions so I could use some advice on choosing suspension upgrades for my 02 GT Vert.

I do have Subframe connectors, aftermarket shocks and struts and Aftermarket lower control arms.
I dont know the brands or quality of any of them.

I would like my car to:
A.) Handle/Grip better off the line, around turns, in bad weather...
B.) Be able to handle the unforgiving rocky potholed streets where I live.
C.) Feel more racey (without ignoring B)
D.) Anything else a good suspension can do.

If some people could post some good sample set ups (Maybe a top of the line and then some less expensive alternatives) that would help immensely.

Also, any general information on suspensions would be nice.

Run a good quality performance tire like Goodyear F1's or Michelin Pilot Sport. If you want the car to handle hardcore you can install a Panhard Bar and
torque arm from Maximum Motorsports. On my 2001 V6 I have a laundry list of suspension mods including,

Kenny Brown springs modified rear cut half coil
Kenny Brown Strut tower brace
KB lower chassis brace
Koni race valved shocks
GRC Performance full length subs
GT sway bars
Energy sway bar bushings,
spring isolators,
Maximum Motorsports lower control arms
Brothers Performance End link kit

Future suspension mods
MM Panhard Bar
Solid Aluminum Rack Bushings
