Its dropped about 1.5" all the way around, no spring isolators... if you want it lowered more you can cut more spring

only in the back on occasion, you can cut more spring and use the isolators if you wish - but the more spring you cut the less weight transfer you get

im thinking about buying some aftermarket spring isolators and cutting the spring to match about a 1.8 in. drop

I believe the fox body springs are designed for a lighter body frame, read softer = better transfer on a heavier car.

thats what i was thinking, so i guess cutting the stock front springs wouldnt do much.

Cutting the stock spring will stiffen the up pretty hard by the time you get the drop your looking for. Feel free to chop em, but their gonna ride real rough and you wont get what your looking for

I got Eibach drag springs front and rear and they work good IMO and they don't drop the car down so I can run a 10.5" slick without any major body work mods except rolling the fender lip up and removing the quad shocks. besides that, they are powder coated a nice blue which is close to the color of my Stang too. if you're going primarily drag car, I don't recommend lowering springs as they hurt weight transfer and restrict how large a tire you can fit in the rear of the car.
