windshield wipers

I need help with my windshield wipers. They only work on high speed. I have replaced the wiper switch / turn signal lever two times. I put 12 volts to the motor to see if it would work in slower speeds and it did. I need help with this issue.

i have the same problem...i havn't fixed or tried or to yet because i just spent 100 dollars on **** for the breaks...well please some one help us...thanks
