Default Electric Water Pumps.

This page claims that an electric Water pump can add 17rwhp.

Well, it is relieving the engine of its duty to turn the water pump.

If that's the case, I might consider this in the spring time. I'll wait to see how this post goes till I make my decision.

I've heard electric water pumps suck. May want to ask if they are junk or not.

I believe those #'s are at the Flywheel.

Not worth it IMO.

I've installed several on race only type cars in the past 20+ years. Every car seems to get .10-.15 quicker with them. Yep, it takes H.P. to run a water pump...........
