460 swap for 95 Stang
Hi all; I am going to put a 460 in my 95 stang. If anyone has done this or knows of any place I can get info on it plz email me.. I know there is a kit to put a 460 in a 91 model, but wondering if there is one for a 95. or if they are the same? Any info or feedback will help a bunch.

RE: 460 swap for 95 Stang
jegs has the engine mounts. they say it requires the use of a c-6 tranny other than that i don't know. i'm putting a tube frame on mine to do the same thing (origional was bent by an uninsured driver) so i really don't have the same set of problems.

RE: 460 swap for 95 Stang
I have done (3) 460 Fox conversions so far. I have not done a 95 , although I want to put one in my wife's 95 GT.
You will need a 83-97 F-250/350 460 oil pan and p/up tube. Ford Motorsports sells them.
There is a person on e-bay that sells the motor mounts for $ 65.00 (best deal I have seen yet.) Keyword fox swap
Hooker makes 460 swap headers.
Your front coil springs will work fine.
Your brake M/C will not interfere with anything.
Your radiator may be marginal. But atleast you have a good electric fan to start with!
Hope this helps.
