electrical problems
I really hope someone is good with electrical for this question. I have a 1987 ford mustang and my electrical problem is with my hazard switch. when I bought the car, none of the wires were connected the connectors. so I am left with colored wires and I need to find out what wires go in what letter on the connector. I was able to find a paper on a 92 mustang's wiring but it might be different because the colors were a little off. does anyone have a wiring diagram to what color wire goes to what letter on the connector. not having this hazard switch working is causing me not to have blinkers so I want to try to fix it. to fix the problem it looks like the wires are having problems staying in the connector. Should I go in there, splice the wires or is there a kit to buy to put all new wires in. What should I do. please help

RE: electrical problems
Welcome to the board. That sounds like a mess. I dont know if you can replace just that portion of the harness. It should go from the switch to the main harness and fuse panel. I dont have a diagram to help you. Anyone?

RE: electrical problems
hey thanks for your reply but I was letting you know so you know now 1 wire is different on the connectors. on the 92 the light green is the last wire and on the 87 it is the third wire. just so you know if someone asks you later on. thank you
