I just got my Diablo sport Predator in, is it worth it to install the "performance" tune the predator comes with?? All my mods are in my Sig. The plan is to initially use it to calibrate my speedo for my 3.90's and maybe down the line use it to install a specific tune. I've heard that these performance tunes do very little on the GT's (work better for the Mach 1 and cobra's), I would have to use premium with the performance tune as well...anyone else out there using this tune that comes with the predator?? Is it woth it?

 

get the steeda timing adjuster with your combo............about the tuner if your getting it basically for recalibration of speedo then everything else is a bonus if you gain anything else.....hell i'm getting an afm pms for my car and i'm still leary of the gains?? vs. the money it costs.

 

anything would be more performance oriented than the stock tune in the ECU, so I would get some premium in the tank and try it out just for the heck of it and see whether you like it or not. you can always go back to the stock tune if you don't want to keep it and pay for premium gas.

 

why would he want a timing adjustor for his car? timing adjuster (assuming he uses it) + performance tune (increases timing via the ecu) = BOOM
