Okay if anyone was wondering about putting on 4.30 gears, I say do it. It is unbelieveable. I would not go lower. This is just some of the testing that I've done thus far. If you have any questions about them, just let me know.

4th Gear @ 3K rpm's is 53mph
5th Gear @ 2K rpm's is 53mph
5th gear @ 3K rpm's is 79mph

These gears just kick ***. My second gear is how my first gear was before. Without dumping the clutch, I can rip them in second gear off the line. (That's not using first gear at all) The power is just unbelieveable now. So far best investment I've done. Let me know if you guys want me to run some other tests for ya.

Cheap tires! My 18" Saleen rims come this week and I'll be getting some Nitto 555r's. 305 in the rear and 275 in the front.

 

Your not putting Nitto's on the front are you? I put Nittos on the back but the weather is horrible here and wont be able to test them out for another week. [&o]

 

No, I need new tires all around, in the Spring, but I'll but putting 275's in the front. Not sure what I want in the front though. Any suggestions???

 

GoodYear F1's would be good for the front. My roommate has 275 F1's on the front and he says it cornors awsome.

 

Nitto 555's on the front and 555R's on the Back! That way they look the same too (sidewall)

 

I kinda like the way the tires differ in the rear. Lets people looking at them know you have some real meat back there.
