Default hard wireing a passport 8500 x50

what would be the best way to hardwire a passport 8500 x50 into a 2007 gt mustang?
im planing on mounting it next to the rear veiw mirror but i was wondering if someone knew of a good way to hardwire it in so i could also keep the mute button and where i should mount the mute button.
thank you and im looking forward to hearing your ideas.
