No secrets to speed shifting.. Just shift like you do now just keep the throttle floored...

I hope your transmission is still under warranty

Power shift is leaving the throttle wide open while shifting. This shortens the life of the drivetrain drastically. It will also slow you down in the lower gears since you have no control over your traction. This is especially important with the 1-2 shift.

Shifting fast isn't as hard on your drivetrain and will be very close, if not quicker than, power shifting.

It takes practice. You can practice without getting "exhibition of speed" tickets by shifting the transmission quickly every time you change gears. The goal would be to push in the clutch and change gears as quickly as you can without mashing the gas to the floor.Once you get to know the proper feel to the shift handle you start practicing with more and more throttle. One important thing to remember, you must have the transmission FULLY IN GEAR before you release the clutch or it most likely will pop out of gear.A clutch release while the handle is between gears will result in a grind. It might be to your advantage to see for sure that it's really an aftermarket shifter and not just a different shift handle.
Make sure the tranny is up to this kind of abuse or it 's going to mean a trip to a rebuilder for new innards.
