you need to remove the rear seat bottom to get access back there and the carpet is loose so it peels up easy. to go the front, remove the seats, 4 bolts and one wire connector, and the lower door molding strip, several philips heads screws, and the carpet will peel up easy enough for you to get access to remove the sound deadening gunk. you can leave the carpet propped up with an empty beer can while you weld the subrames too.
i like how you think!
[sm=thanx.gif] I consider beer an essential tool to have available whenever I work on my car except when I'm racing, but once the racing is done, a cold one really hits the spot especially after a long hot day at the track. And when I'm helping my friend work on his race car at his home garage, we can't work without beer readily available which is why he has a full sized fridge in the garage as the main house is over 200 feet away from the garage! Empty beer cans are very versatile and we use them all the time to catch various fluids with and prop things up temporarily when we're working on things. You can even cut them up and use the thin aluminum for making light weight metal patches and other things also. In a real pinch, they can be used as portable urinals too! LOL
