I'm really against having to drive my Mustang in the snow, but since my dad's driving my Grand Wagoneer, and I don't think I'll be finding any good cars for $500 or less, I guess I'll buy some good snow tires. Any suggestions? How are Blizzak WS-50s? They look grippy, for $100 each I could afford it. I figure I'll stop at the junkyard and pick up a pair of steel Mustang rims, and get a pair of snow tires, and drive carefully. Anyone had to drive in snow and ice and found good tires?

I had the WS-50's on a 96 firebird. Before the tires it was completely **** to drive in the snow, and after the WS-50'S it was a different car. They are great on the ice.
