Are you positive that it didn't jump timing??? this can happen and the belt can still be intact, that happened to my wifes care,
The belt looked fine but had gotten a little lose and it jumped like 3 teeth on the timing. this was enough for the car not to start..... thats the only thing I can think of sense you say you have spark, fuel and air..
