Default fuel pump issues

My 2004 mustang gt sat for 7 months while I was in Iraq. When I got back I replaced the battery and it cranks just fine. However it doesn't seem to be getting any fuel. When I turn the key on the fuel pump doesn't prime. I checked all the fuses and relays and they were fine. I also reset the fuel shut-off switch. Still nothing happened. I then pulled apart the connector on the fuel pump harness underneath the rear bumper and bingo...the thing is corroded to hell. I haven't metered it yet, but I would really be surprized if all the current is making it through. Does anyone know the easiest way to replace the connector? Is this a common issue for mustangs? Please help. Any info leading me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Default RE: fuel pump issues

I had to let my Mach sit for about 9 month's, when I went to start the car it would crank but not start, Luckily it was still under warranty, Turns out the fuel pump went out while just sitting.
