Default 410 gears & torque converter?

I have a 95 gt with aod-e that I'm repairing now, here are the mods I have now
CAI
Headers
O/R H pipe
Flowmaster 40's
Msd everything.
What I want to do is wake the car up so I'm putting 4:10 gears and aluminum driveshaft while the tranny is out. My question is what are the benefits of putting a 3000 stall torque converter. Or should I just get 125 shot of NOS?

I dont know about nitrous or much about convertors but...

If its for the track the 4.10s should be fine.

If its for the street, be careful with them long distance high speed drives on the freeway.

Why not a 3.73? My 93 AOD loves them. It had a 4.30 which werent that great for the freeway. Dont see why a 4.10 would be much diff.

Its my daily driver with 125,000 miles. I really want my acceleration from 50-120 to be improved.
