I have a couple rattles in my 93 GT hatchback. The first is everytime I start the car and accelerate hard the rear hatch rattles. And then when I drive down the road at 70 and up my gear shifter rattles.Does anyone else have these problems and how can I fix them?

 

Yea squeaks & rattles can really drive you nuts! [:'(]

You need to pinpoint the 2 parts that are causing the rattle.. & "fix it"

For your hatchback I'd close the lid with a small piece of rope inbetween at various spots & see where that makes the rattling stop. Add some weatherstripping to that spot.. etc etc
