convertible top and mold and winter
is mold a really bad problem with this kind of top? or would that only happen if it was kept covered (which would keep moisture in)
I have a vert and its going to be outside for the winter (as well as be driven...) but i just wanted to know if that was an issue. also, as long as i try not to snow pile up (wipe if every day basically - cant do much if it snows hard when im at work except wipe it when i get home.. i dont drive to work) will that be an issue? or will it be fine.

i have a 94 vert. the only place i ever had any problems at all with mold were around the back edge of the top, where it is under the molding around the back and sides, you can tell it when you have the top down and look under the molding, but when the top is up you cant see it at all.
