Hi,

I will be going out of town for around 6 months. I will not be taking my car with me. I am looking to park my car in a storage place. I am looking at uncovered or covered parking. Will it be ok to park in an uncovered parking space and put a car cover on? (I live in phoenix, so it is and will be really hot until september). Or should I get a covered parking, its twice as much as the uncovered. Is there anything else to take care of when leaving a car parked for a long period of time?

I would put stable in the gas, and dissconnect the battery (one
terminal). Cover it whether it is in a covered or uncovered
garage. A secure lock under the cover will help
keep casual lookers from lifting the cover.

disconnect battery, drain oil or before you start it back up in sept change it, stablize the gas and i would put mine in a garage lol
