HELP! SUNROOF WON'T GO DOWN!

my sunroof will open just fine then it closes but the whole entire rear of the sunroof won't go down. one side gets stuck and it won't close. it doesn't appear to have anything stuck, it just won't slide down and close. i dunno....

What do you have, an aftermarket sunroof on a '99 Stang coupe?

yes i have a 99 v6 model. and the sun roof was on the car when i bought it about three years ago.
