The book I have and everyone I know told me there was only one drain pain plug. And yes, it just sprayed all over the bottom of my engine from the "loose" filter, the reason why all the oil was leaked was because it was leaking ALL night.
I put the new filter on the right way, filled up the engine with oil, not nary a leak and the engine sounds and runs fine.

Next time get a K&N filter...last time I changed my oil I put in Mobile 1 and a K&N filter and it was worth every penny. Nothing to even change on the filter, it was 100%drop in.
