V6, would a cat back with dual tips give a significant amt more hp than just the magnapack high flow muffler would?

muff= apx. $100
cat back= apx. $350 (on phone)

Definetly get the catback. I regret everyday that I didnt get the Magnapack Catback instead of the Weld in Magnaflows I currently have.
