well, i got in a little crash with the truck a week ago. the bumper mounts messed up the frame rail ends a little, and i need to bend em back to normal. all i can think of is to get it red hot and get some vice grips on it and bend it, but i dont know how well that will work. any suggestion?

 

that will work but be very careful with the torch while heating them up and you probably don't need to get them cherry red in order to bend them back into shape. use only just enough heat to allow them to be bent, no more.
