good suspension mods?
what are some good suspension mods? i don't care to much for handling around turns but something that will lower my times at the track like better launching or what ever helps. thanks. i have an 01 GT.
airbag, 90/10's and adj lower control arms are overkill unless your running slicks and lifting the front wheels. for a daily driver that see's mild strip action you'd be better off, and cheaper, with some fox body 4cyl front springs, cut your back stock springs, fox stock shocks on the rear, strange 10 way adj struts, and box lower control arms - subframe connectors would be helpful too

# H&R Sport Springs, rear pair

# MM Roll Bar, 6-point, swing-out door bars
# MM Front Coil-Over Kit
# Hypercoil springs, 2-1/2â€
why over kill? he wants to in prove et at the track and on the street. I have 90/10's and i like the ride, more plush. When it comes to traction every little bit helps. cutting your rear stock springs sure isnt gonna help out with any traction. There would be no weight transfer, the rear needs to squat at launch. No big deal with the air bag either. Comes with the Eibach launch kit. So since it comes with, why not. Adjusting pinion angle is great for stick cars. with the right angle the power gets delivered to the ground softer which will help launching. Just my opinion.. That setup works unbelievable in my car.
