Yes, but from experience...I had a funny squeeking noise when I turned the wheel...it didn't squeek when I got on the brakes, it ended up being the pads were falling apart and the torque from turning was just enough to move the rotors enough to catch a spot on the pads to make it squeel like a mother!!</P>
