starting my engine right after i built it turned over pritty good bran new starter new batt. i notice about a week ago wen i turn the key it seems like its having trouble turing it. in the morning wen i get up and jump in it feels like the cylinders r full of fuel then it fires right up about 2 seconds after. then once its warmed up it fires right up no problam. why is it doing this...

 

and another thing wen i start my 351w carbed wen its cold how many pumps to the peddle should i do be4 a start?? thanks
