Problems filling up fuel tank
I am experiencing problems when refuelling my Late ’06 Mustang GT. Using regular unleaded petrol, I seem unable to add more than 10 Litres before the pump shuts down, and am only able to trickle in a further 5 Litres. There seems to be no explanation as to why, the tank is usually down to a ¼ when I attempt to re-fuel, but it makes no difference whether ½ or ¾ full, engine hot or cold. I have tried rocking the car, and starting the engine before continuing to re-fuel. I have only found one filling station out of about 15 tried that allows me to fill the car without it taking 20 minutes. I have mentioned this to my supplying Dealer, who has had no other reported problems.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is the fuel vent clogged ? try holding the fuel switch built in the gas pump line all the way in, like it is when nornallyfilling up, hold the gashose partially out of the filler tube and fill up, acts like a vent
