I wondering if the '86 svo 5 lugs is a direct replacement for the 4 lugs on a fox..I want to say yes!

Yes, they are. They are 11.08 inches compared to the 10.84 inch front rotors on the 87-93 fox mustangs.

??? chrome?....I do not use anything chrome...aluminum or nothing
