retards back again with more questions
does anyone know exactly what the casting number D50P-7006-AA means i know its a automatic ford tranny manufactured in 1975 but id like to know what type, if anyone knows please let me know.

not sure if this will help, but if the bellhousing cannot be removed from the tranny then it's a C-6 tranny. if the bellhousing is removable, then it is a C-4 tranny.
