That is the best way to descreibe it. Pulls inconsitently at low speeds. Doesn't seem to be much of a prob at highway speeds that I have noticed.

No sure what the warranty would cover. I'll check.

well if your still under warranty i would take it to ford and let them spend the money on parts until they figure it out. I know your brake pads would not be covered, but thats not the problem right! Anyway look into your warranty and use it for anything, and everything first while it lasts.

Yep. Paid more attention today and it pulled more to the right than left but overall I'd say that it seems to pull harder and more often left. One day it pulls one side, next day it pulls the other, next day it doesn't pull at all. I'll talk to the dealer since it's too cold to pull it all apart here at the duplex right now.

I know your brake pads would not be covered
If the caliper was frozen on one side and it took the pad with it, they would cover it under warranty.

Why would air pressure affect braking? You really lost me with this one. lol.

I can see pulling when driving, but not while braking.

doesn't seem to realte to tire pressure or break wear.

I agree that severe tire pressure differences could affect braking and I have had problems keeping equal air in my tires. Seems like they all have slow leaks and I'm not talking about a few PSI due to cold air. Very strang. My Suburban never ever ever gains or looses much air and when it does all 4 do the same but the GT has problems in that area. The reason that I have not attributed the brakes pulling problem to inflation is because then the problem would be consistent right? If I drive on unequally inflated tires for 7 days wouldn't the brakes tend to pull very similary each day but that is not the case. This morning I noticed pulling more to the right. Strange indeed. When it warms up, I will be pulling those brakes all apart and checking everything (and will check with Ford about warranty).

Ok. Reset tire pressure again. Will see if they pull tommorow morning at 06:00 in the cold cold air at different speeds with same tire pressure all around.

My 04 was pulling to the left and right also.I couldn't figure it out untill I noticed it only did this on roads that had wear grooves in them. You know where traffic has worn ditches in the lanes. My car was wanting to climb out of the ditches when braking. It didn't do it at all in parking lots or newly paved roads.Just maybe????
