Default rich/lean issue

ok, i just got the car off the dyno about a week ago 574 hp 490 ft lbs, at idle its rich from 1-5k rpm its perfects from 5k-6.5k it drops way lean off the chart, heres what i got:
331 stroker, 9.3:1 compression, 65mm maf, 75mm TB, trick flow trackheat R intake, d-1sc procharger @10lbs.
ive been told a few different things and i have mixed opinions im just trying to gather ideas on what to check next, my fuel pressure is a constant 49 psi never drops, diablo sport tuners are saying the tune is good and to check for a larger MAF, i was told by another guy that maybe the 02 sensors are too far or too close to the motor with the L/T headers. but i think the 02 should be in correct spot so for now im gonna try to stay away from that one, what about a 90mm MAF or is that not going to help anything? any other ideas? and if 90mm would be better who makes one for a 1995 GT im having troubles finding one.
