Default off-topic about f-250s

I know this probably belongs in an entire differant community, but maybe someone here knows so I don't have to find a dif forum for the answer.

Ok, the 05 f-250 has the new integrated trailer brakes, I own a 03 f-250 and was wondering if you guys knew if the integrated 05 brakes could be swapped to the 03. If so anyone know how much something like this would cost?

Valley Odysseyâ„¢ Inertia Activated Electric Trailer Brake Controller

All of the braking features (and then some) of the Prodigyâ„¢!

The new double-axis accelerometer technology continually checks and then adjusts for varying road terrain. The brake controller also senses the vehicles rate of deceleration and applies a proportionate amount of braking power to the trailer as fast as is needed, providing only the smoothest of stops.

Features:

* Aside from smoother stops, proportional braking means less wear on both the trailer and vehicle brakes
o Works proportionally even traveling in reverse
* Auto-leveling for an even easier installation
* Exclusive 4 Load Range ("Boost") settings for even greater adjustment
* Manual override will still activate brake lamps
* Easy to read digital display
* Diagnostics system continually checks for shorts and trailer connection
* Power saving mode increases vehicle battery life
* Includes mounting bracket
* Limited lifetime warranty

Specs:

* Dimensions: 3-1/4" (W) x 5-1/4" (L) x 1-3/4" (H)
* Made for up to four-axle trailer brake systems (8 Brakes)
* Exclusive 180° vertical plane operating range
o Can be mounted between -90° (straight down) and 90° (straight up)
* 20° horizontal mounting range
* Boost levels increase power up 0%, 16%, 25% and 28%
* Power saving sleep mode draws 1.7 milliamp

The wiring harness that the 05 uses for there brake controller will not work on a 03. Just go the route of a aftermarket one. I called ford when I needed one on my 01 and that was the response I got
