In the fuse box under the hood, I assume one of the wires coming up into it is for the 12V ignition. What color is it? I need to tap into it and wire up my fuel pump and ignition box.

 

Generaly they are red. Get a test light and start probing.

 

Seriously, nobody knows which wire is the ignition wire under the power distribution center???

 

What year mustang? Look for a red/light green wire. That is what it is going into the ign switch. It could change from there, just double check with a meter. DO NOT USE A TEST LIGHT.The test light is generally a low resistance to ground that could short the ECU or BCM.
