you would need to change the rear-end for sure. what year is your V6, for that kind of money, and the substantial cost associated with an engine swap you could supercharge your V6, and put a SSM powerpak, with heads, cam, and upper/lower intake. That would put you near or above the power level of that for the same price.

 

That seems pretty high, but I have never seen that company before. Check out the 331 stroker, sweet.

 

put in an 8.8, or you could have a 9 inch built.
