Im looking into an underdrive pulley for my 99 v6 and i can only find a couple brands. i want a smaller pulley to open up a few more hp. ford racing makes them for the 4.6L (blue on zinc- looks sweet) and mac makes them for the v8 as well. please help me find some u/d pulleys for the 99 stang. ive seen ASP U/D Pulley (and you need a belt) but its that my only option?

those are 42% reduction and im afraid if i go over 25% i wont be able run ac, cd, lights and stuff all at once and still maintain proper recharge from my alternator. i cant believe ford racing doesnt make them for the 99-00 v6 or the late 00-04 v6. i need more options so i can price compare and get the best deal.

 

is this a good deal? its all i knd find that has pulley and dampner. say make up to 17 or more hp. true?

I don't think 17hp is right, your lucky if you get 5-7 on a V8.

 

Did you look at a company March i dont know if they make them for your car but they make power and amp pullys for 5.0http://www.marchperf.com/ look their i would say their the best for pulleys

 

no they make them for the 3.8L v6 form 94-98 but no 99-early 00. i can only find one or two brands out there.

 

does anyone else on the forum have aftermarket smaller u/d pulleys? ive looked everywhere and only found the one from rpmoutlet. do yall know why ford racing makes them for the 4.6L (all) and 5.0L (all) but not the 3.8L in 99-00? there are none on ebay either!
