I have a completely stock 1995 Mustang GT. Up until about a hour and a half ago my instrument panel, illumination lamps were all working. (My dome light still works) I got out the owners manual and found out fuse #13 controls instrument panel, and illumination lamps. It was blown so I put in another it blew it as well as three more that I put in.

Please help!

 

you have a short in one of the wires, do you have a volt meter?

 

Do you mean a multimeter?
