I have the same problem with my March pullies, and near as I can figure it's cuz the aluminum isn't expanded when cold so the belt tension ain't right. Or it could be the brand of belt

Check the tensioner. The bearings do wear out.

Answer my own question it was the tensioner 54.00 autozone. Easy, almost enjoyable partswap and walla squeek gone, ButI dont know for how long i think the alignment is wrong.Theplace where the pulley hung on the tensionerhadodd wearat an angle, and that was what was squeaking. Anyway the tensioner comes with a pulley. So if your wandering what is squeaking, dont just buy a couple of pulleys because you'll find out it's the tensioner, and you'll end up with an extra 20.00 pulley and kinda feel dumb. Trust me just change the tensioner first..
