Default Running warm

I have a problem, not to long ago my oil cooler ruptured and pushed most of my oil into mycoolant system. Anyway I noticed in time to avoid any engine damage but after swaping out the oil cooler and flushing the coolant system out many times the car seems to be running a little to warm. Its about halfway between normal and the 3 quarter mark on the temperature guage and I haven't been able to figure out what is wrong with it. Its a 99 cobra with an after market procharger at 12lbs boost. Please get back to me if you have any ideas.
