there is a lot of dead weight under the carpeting in that sound deadening material stuck to the floor boards. you can use a heat gun and some putty knives or gasket scraper to remove a lot of it to get rid of some weight in addition to removing the rear seats and seal belts. just be sure to put the bolts back in the holes for the seat belts so you don't get exhaust fumes up into the car through the holes.
