Default Fuel Pump Question

I have a 2001 Mustang, not GT or anything , just V6. It hesitates lately when I get to 5th gear, or anytime I demand a lot of power. Thinking maybe either ignition coil, or maybe low fuel pressure. What should the normal fuel pressure be? Or is there another culprit I'm not aware of yet?

Thanks!

You should have at LEAST 35 lbs of fuel pressure.
