Default Throw Out Bearing

Hey. I have a 98 gt with the T-45 manual. The throw out bearing is going. How hard is it to replace. I know i should also put an entire new clutch assembly in while im under there but i was just wondering how hard of a job it is. Thanks

Default RE: Throw Out Bearing

Replacing the actuall bearing is simple but getting to it is the hard part. Its not that hard of a job really. Like you said while your there you might as well replace the clutch if its got some milage on it.When i did my trans swap it was the first time i attempted anything like that before and i did it in one full day 100% by myself but i had a transmission jack. Just get a couple buddys give you a hand and youll have it done in no time
