Very soon I plan on getting Ford spings to lower my 04 GT. I want to get the F springs which says will give a 1.2" drop in front and 1.0" in back. I also plan to get Ford CC plates, since it's over a 1" drop. I'm getting Ford because I can get them close to dealer cost. If I get these springs I figure I might as well change shocks and struts. My question is, what ones should I get? I don't see why I would need adjustable, because I'd prob never adjust them lol. The car is a daily driver so I do want some ride quality.

 

why not the bullit lowering kit, comes with springs, shocks, struts for $400 I think and I think its a 1" drop

 

According to Ford that kit is 3/4" drop, but I see people here say it's 1". Anyways I wanted a little over an inch, close to 1.5". Maybe Ford springs are not they way to go...I'm still deciding.

 

Any of the brands will work. How much can you afford though. Tokico's will work but if you want the like Koni or Bilstein they
are expensive.

With the Koni or Bilstein would you notice a difference between them and the Tokico? I know you get what you pay for, but sometimes you pay a lot for the name.
