mine just have a R emblem in the center instead. the correct tire size according to AM is 255/40-17. so i guess i do have the right size tires.
Not sure why it says that, that's not really the right size to be running. Since they're 9" wide i'd probably do 245/45-17 in the front and 275/40-17 in the rear. If you want to fill the front wheel a lil more with less profile you could run 255/40-17 in the front, but if you run that size in the rear your speedo will be off.
