Default TB, plenum VS. shorty equal length headera

So I have a question concering HP gains and I guess whats the biggest bang for your buck. My current mods Hpipe high flow cats, flowmaster catback, custom ram air. I will be getting gears (3.73) and pulleys. Now I want advice on whether to get a TB and plenum or a set of shorty equal length header. Which will produce more HP. Oh and how hard are headers to put on? 2001 GT.

IF I were you I'd get some lower control arms and a set of drag radials to go along with the gears (why not 4.10's??? at least) instead of spending $400 on something thats only gonna give you 5 hp

TB and plenum won't do much for you. Most of the restriction on our engines is in the exhaust, so how about some shorty headers & gears...

How prudent would it be to get 4.10's over 3.73's especially if I'm not planning on suspention or drag radials just yet? the car is my daily driver and I drive a lot on the highway.

Are lower control arms something I could install pretty easily with some basic tools?
