Well this should help! My son just turned 16. I got him a 01 GT convert. It cost me $183 per mo. With the good student discount from State Farm. Hell it was $155 per mo, to insure him on my 02 Avalanche. Don't let everybody give you s... about the the GT first car crap. Enjoy the car but be safe. Heck you can kill yourself in a Volts wagon! I know today when my son left for school the glare from his grin was priceless!
So about what do you think I should expect with a 07 GT? And thanks for all the help guys!!

At 16 with an 07 GT your insurance payments will probably be the same as your car payments, just go on progressive and look i guarantee the rates will be insane no matter where you go

everyones gonna have different numbers because of the available discounts that certain people fall into. if you want a strait up answer for how much it will cost YOU not someone else or someone elses kid, just call up geico, state farm, progressive, any decent insurance company and just get quotes. you can probably get a quote online if you dont wanna talk to someone on the phone.

just get a slightly older stang man. thats what i did. i wanted to get a 99-04 body style but i couldent find one in a relatively good condition for the price range that my parents set, so i went older and ended getting a 94 GT for $5300.

$500 a month has to be an exaduration. 2g a year is not uncommon for a guy your age.
