Hey everyone i am looking into getting a cam for my 89 5.0. does anyone have any links or info where i can read what would be best for my car? its a stock motor with headers, underdrive pulleys, flowmasters, and 3.55's. i need information on installing it too. ive never installed one before so would it be best that i take it somewhere and have it done or could i do it myself? thanks.

if you're never really worked on an engine before, I would recommend you get a good shop to install it for you unless you know some friends who have done cam installs who could help you out when you do yours.

 

im puttin in a E303 cam and 1.7 RR

 

also plan on doing a e303 and 1.7's, very good combo for a street car
