Default NOT a mustang tech ?

My buddy has a '91 240 SX. He has it turbo'd, intercooled, etc. It's really classy - he is completely anti-rice.

The car stalled and lost all juice - complete blackout. No lights, radio, etc. All fuses checked out under the hood. The battery had plenty of juice. When he took off the panel cover for the fuse box in the drivers footwell, he noticed a fuse was in at a weird angle. BEFORE he touched it, everything came back to life. He took out the fuse, lights and everything were still on, and replaced it. Started right up. What could this be? Just something lose in that fuse box you think?

sure could be a loose wire in the fuse box, could be a loose wire somewhere grounding the car out also (and that could be anywhere). perhaps he hit a bump and that dangling wire contacted something just long enuff to ground out the car. (double posting = [:'(])

and what was the fuse that was loose did he look at it?

Thanks for the advice.

If you're talking about the double posting for me, sorry. I typed it out this morning, it sent the first paragraph, then I retyped the rest, hit send. It didn't save I guess, as I checked it when I got to work, and it wasn't there, so I retyped it out again...
