Default squeekin@!

I noticed a squeeky noise coming from my right front of the car when i turn the steering wheel back and forth a little. It does not squeek on the left, only the right front. Any idea what this could be? My car was wrecked on that side, and i had the work done at Ford. I know i have a warranty on the work, but not sure what it is or if it's worth it to fuss about it.

Any ideas/ suggestions?
thanks

Something need to be greased like a bushing. Maybe you have a wheel bearing going out.

It could be the power steering unit itself.

Had something similar to that happen on my 96 T-bird, figured out after it went out that the upper ball joint had lost it's grease and eventually it just fell apart, it got quite a bit worse than just squeaking eventually but that's something else to check. Does your car pull one way or the other when braking or just driving or anything? The T-bird used to pull hard left when u braked cause of the ball joint, the bearings were also shot on that wheel though heh.
